As for your first point, child parties are radically different than adult parties.

I remember Halloween. Costumes were always for children.

Not in the 2020s they aren't. Or hell, not even in the 1980s. I met my Toby at a Halloween party.

Good. I do think you'd have an interesting time. People are always different when they're at a party than when you see them in your day-to-day life.
