[Holy cow. Trixie puts her head into her hands, taking in a slow breath.

She'll answer him, just give her a minute.]

[He stays out of her mind at the moment, letting her stew it over. He sits back on his bed, raising his knee.]

You can't guarantee that the right thing'll be met the way you expected. But it was good that you told him anyway. It would've caused him more pain to find out any other way.

[And since he definitely is alright and didn't take the wrong message from this at all, her job here is done.

She gets up from the chair to leave him be.]

She tries to wipe the look of surprise off her face.]

[After being yelled at, being accused of something he didn't do, the last thing he wants to do is be alone with his thoughts. So he turns up the music a little, still listening to Elvis.]

[Trixie sits back down and makes herself comfortable, though it takes her a minute or two to get into the song. She's still a little thrown off by the request in general, but she can't say she's not happy with it.]
