•FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: I don't mind face twins or anything like that. Henry can deal with alternate dimensions, but I'd rather not have the "you're fictional" talk.
•BACKTAGGING: I'm good with it as long as it's a continuous thread and not...backtagging something that hasn't been touched in two weeks.

IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: Just before meeting the shadow creature
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Henry is about six feet tall, though he carries himself a little smaller at times. He knows when to try and blend in vs. when to stand out. He wears clothes typical of a man in the fifties, mostly because he doesn't really know any different, and he is quiet, very soft spoken. He doesn't try and make a fuss unless he's upset.
•DEMEANOR: Henry keeps to himself and doesn't like to be seen much. He's quiet and withdrawn and usually doesn't come out of his shell for much.
•ABILITIES:

Telekinesis: Henry can use his mind to bend steel doors, lift people, break bones, and anything up to that point at the expense of becoming exhausted, depending on the effort needed.
Changes: His ability to manipulate and move objects is confined to anything under 10 pounds and it exhausts him faster than usual.

Telepathy: Henry is one of the strongest telepaths in the series. He is able to reach into people's minds and dig through memories, including all of their terrible secrets and misdeeds.
Changes: Requires explicit IC (and OOC) consent

Mental Manipulation/Illusions: Henry has the ability to make people see or hear hallucinations, usually based on their own trauma, though it can theoretically be anything.
Changes: Can only do occasionally and it exhausts him for a full day afterwards (And obviously only with player permission). The illusions will be transparent and quite obvious that are disturbing but aren't real.

Astral Projection: Like Jane/Eleven, Henry is able to send his consciousness out to spy on specific people while his physical presence isn't there. His body is completely vulnerable during this time.
Changes: Requires explicit IC (and OOC) consent.

Pain Inducement: He's able to cause headaches and nosebleeds on his victims as a way to weaken them.
Changes: Nerfed completely

Healing: Henry has faster than human healing and can recover from wounds quickly. This does not include his nosebleeds and exhaustion from overexerting himself.
Changes: 50% of what it was

•MEDICAL INFORMATION: He's had a medical implant in his neck that has scarred up. He has burns on him (though I'm assuming most of them were auto-healed by the Admiral, though). But otherwise, he has fast healing and has a hatred of doctors. He won't willingly come to the infirmary.
•CABIN INFORMATION: His room is stark and bare. The door is just a white rectangle that slides open with the key. Inside is a plain bed, a desk, a chair, and a one-way mirror that, obviously, can't be seen from the other side.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Nothing he would say aloud.

IC PERMISSIONS:
•MENTAL: Not automatically. He is a strong telepath and can resist telepathy.
•MIMICRY: Sure!
•VIOLENCE: Sure! He will fight back, though!
•MAGIC: Sure! But let's hash it out.
•DEBATE: Of course!
