While the term 'Advocate' has gained something of a dark connotation, I would like to put myself forward as something of a touchstone for Henry.
I will second Dorian's note that he will need to learn ethical use of his power but I will strongly caution against giving him any of it OR bargaining with him using them as there is history there.
I'd also caution against paternalism as it may have unintended reactions.
I have given him permission to use his powers with me as I am hardly defenseless in that arena and we have some level of trust between us. He respects me to a certain degree so if you find yourself at ends with him, please feel free to tap me in.
He respects power and does not understand people caring about one another. I think you can do the math there yourselves. He does his best to distance himself from humanity and society but that isn't because he doesn't want connection. And he is a crafty little bastard; don't buy it if he plays placid at you. He isn't.
